ESSENTIAL INFORMATION: SATURDAY EVENT CANCELLATION

To all Electric Bay 2023 Saturday ticket holders,

Unfortunately due to the yellow weather warnings forecasted in Torquay, Electric Bay organisers and the local authorities have come to the difficult decision to cancel the Saturday of our 2023 festival.

While we have robust contingency plans in place and have made every effort to allow the first day to go ahead, the extreme weather conditions may impact the safety of our customers, meaning we cannot open as planned.

The Sunday of Electric Bay will still go ahead.

All Saturday customers will receive a full face value ticket refund and all weekend ticket holders will receive partial refunds – these can take up to seven days so please with patient with us whilst we process them.
